Start Time To Be Determined | FREE | Reconnect with teammates and commemorate the 50th anniversary of Carroll's 1976–77 Championship Football Team. The day will include breakfast with current Carroll football coaches and players, a tour of the Van Male Field House and a campus tour with motorized golf cart options. Beginning at 11:00 a.m., gather for the 50th Reunion Championship Football Team Tailgate in front of Van Male Field House. Bring your own tailgate fare, or food and beverages will be available for purchase. At 2:00 p.m., cheer on the Pioneers as they take on Illinois Wesleyan University at Schneider Stadium. Admission is $10/adult and $5/child (12 & under) and senior (65 & over), with cash or card accepted at the gate. Special seating will be available for the team in the Falcone Mezzanine. During halftime, members of the 1976–77 Championship Football Team will be recognized on the field, followed by a team photo.

Join fellow alumni and the current Carroll Choir for a special Homecoming performance experience, conducted by Assistant Professor of Music and Choral Director Dr. Jeremiah Cawley. The day will begin with bagels and coffee in Shattuck Music Center, followed by a rehearsal and a performance at the Golden Pioneer Brunch in Stackner Ballroom, Campus Center. Choir alumni will then meet on the field at Schneider Stadium at 1:50 p.m. to sing Carroll’s Alma Mater and the National Anthem before the football game.

Let’s line the street for the Homecoming Parade! Then join your classmates for a fun-filled tailgate before kickoff. Catch up with old friends, swap stories from the good old days and cheer on the football team together in true Class of ’86 style! Appetizers will be provided, and the 40th Reunion Committee — Blane Dexheimer ’86, John Harris ’86 and Mary Stieber Reynhout ’86 — will have some beverages available. Feel free to bring your favorite drinks and snacks to enjoy and share. After the game, keep the fun going as we head together to the Campus Center for the Grand Reunion celebration!
